Knowing ourselves is the frontier between meeting the inner world and the meeting of the outer world.
We live in a world of mystery and wonder, yet so often move through it disengaged. When will we truly arrive in our lives?
A life of richness and meaning is our true inheritance. We are invited to release the endless search for something, and return to ourselves.
Throughout this course, we explore the practice of freeing ourselves—
from the constraints of the past, the inhibitions of the present, and the pull of what lies elsewhere.
What does it mean to live a meaningful life—
How do we flourish, rather than merely survive our lives? The path of healing is unique to each of us.
As human beings, we hold an innate longing to know ourselves—to return to a more intimate connection with life, to feel our aliveness, and toknow our place in the world.
How do we create real, lasting change in our lives?
Our ways of seeing the world are often habitual. To create a new paradigm, a new way forward requires patience, curiosity, and deliberate practice. A slow, intentional act of conscious creation.

Attachment wounds and patterns,
and cultivate an embodied understanding of the world.
As we learn to recognise and move beyond the triggers that have held us captive, we begin to consciously create and steer our lives into a delibertae way forward.
This offering is designed to support a deepening of connection, belonging and self-understanding.
By connecting to the body,
we begin to rewire the nervous system— so it can hold us in moments of dysregulation, and support us when we feel overwhelmed.
We will explore practices that restore joy, awe and wonder—gently guiding us toward our aliveness.
These practices are not about doing more. They are about being. An Un-doing. Less. Allowing our truest, innate core of us to unfold.
This becomes a way of life. With deliberate attention and care, we begin to direct our lives consciously—and from this place, we curate a life of our own choosing.
Knowing ourselves is the way of change and transformation
It is a practice of listening, of learning the langauge of self and of gaining clarity around what is wanting to live through us, beyond our conditioning and wounding.
When we come to truly know ourselves, something more expansive begins to take shape—a quiet power, long-held within, finally allowed to come alive.
In this expanded awareness, we begin to see who we are, what we carry, and the meaning we hold. We find our place of belonging to ourselves and the world.
This is what we are deeply longing for. And it is what the world is calling forth.
This path is not another thing to put on your to do list, mostly we are exhausted and tired from all the doing and having to be something. Our pain lays in our disconnection to ourselves. This path is more of a resting, back into life —it’s about becoming who we are, at our core before the wounding, conditioning and defenses. Beneath the armour of who we had to be to get through.
An intentional practice of returning, a remembering of all that we are and all that we are not.
