“Know Thyself ”
Psychotherapy is a powerful, life-altering encounter. Its purpose is to change character, the very fabric of our being.
“My practice holds the intention: to cultivate a deeper intimacy with Life itself.”
Welcome to my little corner of the digital world.
I'm so grateful that you've arrived.
I guide clients in uncovering and releasing the emotional patterns that keep them tethered, especially those woven from the threads of childhood wounds, life experiences and past relationships.
Through a harmonious blend of psychodynamic and somatic practices, I invite you to embark on a path of coming back to yourself—a path where the unconscious becomes conscious, and the depths of your being are revealed. Together, we’ll move beyond old, habitual ways of being, guiding you toward a life of authenticity, joy, deep connection, and meaning. As you refine your energy, reclaim your boundaries, and move toward a life rich with love and radiant vitality.
My intention is to weave a world where we all remember our innate beauty and intelligence, reconnecting with our inherent power and life force, and transforming our wounding and conditioning into transformation, aliveness, compassion, connection, and joy.
I serve as the lead clinical therapist within a deeply specialised team, supporting clients from across the world. I also see clients within my private practice. I am trained both through academic rigour and the wisdom of life itself.
I share this not just as a professional background but as a testament to how it has informed my practice. It has been a homecoming, an intersection where my inner and outer worlds meet in harmony.
I offer all that I have gathered over a lifetime—clinically, academically, and mystically. Though my training is rooted in academia, it is the lessons of life and in witnessing the lives of others that guide my work. It is the blending of these realms, which is the foundation of the guidance I offer.
The work is one of bringing the fragmented parts into wholeness, uniting the broken pieces into a harmonious whole. I am a constant witness to profound transformation—watching as individuals' inner landscapes and deepest recesses undergo radical shifts.
In this space, new worldviews emerge, perspectives are reshaped, and pathways to alternate lives unfold—an exquisite, ongoing unfolding.
Drawing from a rich tapestry of psychological theories and clinical experience, I have immersed myself in the delicate dance of understanding both the psyche and the spirit. I am in constant exploration of how these realms intertwine, how they converge, and how we breathe life into our existence.
How do we hold the paradox of life's vast complexity and its quiet simplicity? How do we honour the intricate beauty of the human experience?
I believe that the key to lasting transformation lies in the profound act of knowing oneself—so that we may create a life in the present, no longer bound by the shadows of the past.
I live and practice by embracing our shared humanity, knowing that our stories, though often painful, are valid. They once shielded us, protecting us when we needed it most. Yet sometimes, we hold on to them until the time comes to release their grip—transforming our narrative, rewiring old patterns, and letting go of the ways we once moved through the world, ways that no longer serve us.
My practice has grown through the soil of my life experience; life has shaped me, and I have known the weight of grief and devastation that the complexity of existence can bring. To have been taken to these depths has allowed me to sit with others in those same spaces.
This path has deepened my understanding of the psyche's workings, and it has taken a lifetime for me to return home to myself. To move from a life lived in the mind—to one rooted in the body, to embrace the present moment fully.
My life practice is a simple act: to show up, to continue to feel my aliveness in every breath. I see the courage this takes, and I honour those who dare to meet these edges of self.
I’ve witnessed how life shapes us, and when we finally meet ourselves, when we come to know our part in life from a place of honesty and accountability. From this space, extraordinary, compassionate, and humble beings are born—those with deep maturity and profound gifts to offer the world.
Bringing fragmented parts back into wholeness is an ongoing process—our wounds do not simply vanish, but we expand, and in doing so, we grow the capacity to hold life’s complexities with grace.
My practice integrates the old and the new: ancient wisdom and modern science. There is no division between them. Both are valid. My practice is to remain whole, not to cling to the belief that one way is superior to another. There are many paths, and each human is unique. There is no singular route—only the ways that align with each iof us.
Wholeness is our return home—to belong to ourselves and the world around us.
