When we are held in the most incredible capacity of love,

we have the sacred potential for our souls to move past the confines of the constrained self.

We shift into new and uncharted ways of being. A mirror stands before us and

beckons us to the call of love. The barriers, the hurt, and the limitations of a

lifetime arise to be met. Loved for all that we are and all that we are not. Our most

authentic essence emerges and comes forth. Spiritual surrender is the portal to love,

the surrender to the other. It takes deep resilience to surrender to love when one has

been hurt and unsafe with no solid ground to land upon.

Opening up and loving with innocence takes deep care, patience, and tenderness. To once again surrender it all for love.

Our temporary protective mechanisms became armour, shields to the outer and inner worlds.

We grieve the longing for more profound meaning and connection. It's in the eyes of the beloved, in a song, taste, smell, a lingering kiss.

We yearn to let love in.

As long-lost promises dissipate, once again, we hear the whisper of love, It speaks of truth. It speaks of love.
